Bossa Quartet and the roaring twenties!
The Bossa Quartet have had a busy weekend with dinner jazz at a black tie charity ball on Friday at the Springfield Hotel. A prohibition evening on Saturday night at the Abbots Arms was terrific. The roaring twenties were brought back to life with stylish flappers taking to the dance floor. Gin was served in teapots and a decadent Gatsby like party ensued.
It was amazing.Everyone had a wild time with most guests entering the spirit of the event and dressing in their best twenties garb.

The Bossa Quartet play at fabulous wedding
The Bossa Quartet had a great time playing at Rachel and Rhys’s wedding today in the beautiful surroundings of Rowton Hall,Cheshire .It was a chilled set with exciting versions of Rollins’s StThomas ,Coltrane’s My Favourite Things and some Monk blues.
Rowton Hall is a marvellous old stately home which has lots of charm and sophistication. The wood panelling is terrific .The gardens extend in every direction ,perfect for a summer wedding
